As a professional radio-physicist, I have been always interested in the phenomenon of healing interactions among people, as well as the possibility of creating artificial generators that, just as humans, could emit low-power electromagnetic waves. In the 1970s, I was closely acquainted with such a research in the USSR, including the research of a group of scientists who worked on scientific explanation of physics behind the phenomenon of some well-known bio- energy healers.

I met Marat Ismailov, the author of this book, in 1999 in Edmonton, Canada, during his healing sessions with different people. His unique natural qualities and rich expertise as a bio- energy healer was unquestionably apparent. For the next ten years I kept in close touch with him, watching how he collected material for the book during bio-energy sessions at his private clinic in Edmonton's General Hospital.

The main achievement of Marat Ismailov during all these years most certainly is the development of Integrated Healing Method (IHM) of the human body; the method is very well reasoned logically and is not difficult to apply by anyone who decides to use it. The basis of this method is the author's original bio-energy healing technique based on the IPEC Therapy (also called Ismailov’s Energy Point Correction.). It is distinguished from other existing healing techniques because it produces positive and stable results of recovery, which is explained by its methodological qualities.

However, as a physicist, I was primarily interested in the author’s theoretical research that justifies the process of bio-energy healing interaction among people. There is a serious reason of such an interest.

Many professional physicians view everything related to alternative techniques of healing people with big skepticism. In my opinion such a skeptical approach is based on the fact that currently there is very little comprehensive scientific explanation of the bio-energy healing methods, and the existing theoretical basis of such methods relies on naive concepts of ancient times. Therefore, Marat Ismailov’s book can be viewed as a bridge between official medicine and bio-energy field of alternative methods in health recuperation.

The author did not reinvent the wheel; he simply took the theory, known to all physicians, that all processes in the body are being regulated by corresponding sections of the brain as a basis of his speculations. However, he approached this process in a completely new way, specifically, from the bio-energy interaction point of view. Based on this, everything turned out to be quite simple in terms of examining health disorders and subsequent body recuperation. During the first symptoms, according to the author, the information exchange between the controlling center and corresponding body parts is blocked, and healing will only take place when the block is removed.

One cannot say that such an opinion regarding disease and further recuperation has never been expressed before by other bio-energy specialists. But the fundamental difference of Marat Ismailov’s approach to this problem is that all the processes in the body are explained from the physics point of view, disregarding the prevailing mystified approach to the subject. Being not a specialist in this field of science, he, however, does not contradict with the scientific theory and makes appropriate conclusions about the constantly circulating information exchange of electromagnetic impulses between the brain and the body organs through natural communication channels. Regarding the main concept of the topic - the bio-energy – the explanation is based on some previously published materials, and it is interpreted as the sum of low-power bodily cells electromagnetic radiation. The author emphasizes the fact that these are ordinary electromagnetic waves, and the prefix bio is only used to indicate that they are being generated by a human body. Marat Ismailov makes a very important conclusion about the presence of strictly defined spectrum of wave oscillations in each bodily organ system, which allows the controlling center to selectively interact with each system, disregarding all other systems, in the language known to them only.

It is worth mentioning the resonance, to which the author pays special attention in his logical conjectures. The resonance has long been known in physics as the main method of communication in nature, and bio-energy healing interaction is most certainly part of it. The conclusion made in the book is absolutely right: it is in the process of healer's and his client's resonant or coinciding oscillations when local increase in the level of energy occurs where the impact is applied. Multiple (and according to the author sufficient) maintenance of this energy level improves and subsequently restores energy-information exchange in the blocked system and, ultimately, has a healing effect on the whole body. This process is described in detail in the book.

In line with what was previously mentioned, there are two explanations of the original methods of remote sessions described in the book, and these sessions are the most controversial issues in the theory of bio-energy interaction. In the first case, the transfer of information over considerably long distances occurs because of overcompensation of energy used by the healer when he or she gets ready to transmit it to the client, and this method does not raise any objection from the radio-physics point of view. In the second case, the author introduces the concept of the so-called Information Field of Humanity, through which the healer connects with the patient.

The last thesis is quite hypothetical, but probably can be considered as one of the options requiring a more detailed explanation.

According to Marat Ismailov, the physical explanation of the processes is logically and integrally connected with the biological explanation through the so-called tactile sensations, which are distinguished reactions of the nervous system that occur during bio-energy interaction, through hands of the healer and his patient. These sensations, based on author's observations, are the most important controlling factor in the preliminary assessment of the patient’s state of health, as well as during recovery.

The conclusion about the generation of compulsory tactile sensations when there are disorders in the body can be considered as the fundamental factor in the bio-energetic diagnostics. The presence of this relationship was confirmed by the author through experiments that involved the use of highly sensitive equipment. The author chooses unusual, but completely justified approach to dividing people into groups based on their sensitivity to pain and bio- energetic stimulation, based on the original and simple methodology developed by the author. This allows making of immediate adjustments during the sessions with specific people.

The peculiarity of such a rather specialized narrative is that information about cause-and- effect relationships and development of chronic disorders of the body is also included, and as a large section. Undoubtedly, this shows the great importance of the material presented here, based on personal observations and comparisons of the author, as well as numerous materials published in printed matter and revised while writing the book.

As for the practical part of the work, and it makes up of more than half of the book, it includes many real examples of recovering from variety of chronic disorders, and is constructed in a way that it makes it easy to navigate.

Concluding my brief review on Marat Ismailov's Your Health In Your Hands book, I would like to mention that the author's scientific approach to explaining many controversial issues of bio-energy healing interactions allows us to understand the theoretical foundations of this alternative method of healing in a completely new way. The original conclusions presented by the author are based on many years of detailed practical observations during numerous healing sessions, as well as working on a large number of materials and publications in print.

Integrated Healing Method of recovery developed by Marat Ismailov is simple to follow and is effectively used by him and his trainees in various health disorders. As practice showed, everyone can use it successfully as a method of self-healing. Vasilii Proudkii, March 2014.

PREFACE by a NATUROPATH

It has been known for centuries that a mysterious field of energy flows through the human body and is its integral part. But this was never fully acknowledged by scientific circles.

Although our culture constantly praises the achievements of the great modern medicine, an increasing number of people are completely disappointed in it, and the same culture certifies that we are much further from a true understanding of what we consider a treatment for humans.

Numerous studies of the solid nucleus in the 21st century influenced our opinion in regards with of aging as a process of a change in the frequency of oscillations of the electromagnetic field surrounding our body. This accumulative energy field is in complete synchrony and connection with every cell in our body.

The change in our perception of this subject that encompasses other sciences as well, including physics, chemistry, biology and psychology, is more significant than the Copernicus Revolution. Nowadays, even general sciences are beginning to understand the importance of the energy field. For example, acupuncture, an ancient oriental science, which is recognized by modern scientists, fully agrees with the subject matter of our discussion.

When the electromagnetic field in our body has accurate, distinct boundaries, it generates good and healthy flow of vital energy, and the longer this field continues to be balanced and polarized, the longer our body remains healthy. On the contrary, when the energy flows of those fields become unbalanced, the entire body becomes confused and unbalanced; hence, certain parts of the body lose their ability to restore the integrity.

What follows is a loss of synchronicity of cellular vibrations, which prevents the normal transfer of electromagnetic waves from cell to cell and allows the disease to creep in. The flow of energy is blocked and until this obstacle is eliminated, the unhealthy state of the body becomes a norm.

Currently, there are bio-energy techniques available, and by practicing them, specifically trained healers can unlock these energy flows. Even if these blocks were formed long ago and already resulted in a painful condition, eliminating them helps to renew the flow of energy through the body and allows the body to self-heal.

Marat Ismailov is one such healers. Having practiced this special method during the past 20 years, he has developed a very unique and at the same time very simple method of eliminating the energy blocks by bio-energetic scanning of his clients that immediately shows him where in their body abnormal bio-energy zones are.

Over the past 16 years of working at my clinic in General Hospital of Edmonton, which was the next door to Marat’s clinic, I watched a constant and steady flow people going to see him, and since we were only acquaintances, we never discussed our businesses and did not even ask each other questions about the details of our work. I only knew that his special energy sessions attracted people from all over the world.

Marat is able to help his clients’ bodies to restore the self-healing ability because of the high sensitivity in determining the location of the client’s blocks to the healing touch. He is so competent in what he is doing that he can restore the flow of energy through the meridians of his clients' body regardless of the state of their health condition.

Marat's qualification had been formally confirmed by membership in the Natural Health Practitioner of Canada (NHPC), as well as a Certificate of the 2nd Degree of Traditional Japanese Reiki and a certificate of completion of the courses of massage and bio-healing in the former USSR. In addition, he holds a Ph.D. in Geological and Mineralogical Sciences and a Master's Degree in Geochemistry. Marat has a lot of written testimonies from his clients acknowledging his incredible achievements in working as a healer.

One day Marat looked at me and determined that something painful was going on with my body and that it needs close attention. For years, I was so focused on my clients that I completely abandoned my health ..., yes, doctors also get sick! I have tried many different treatments. Introduction by the Author

This book outlines some of the results of more than two decades of my practical work as a bio-energy therapist. For better clarity, I will mention that these specialists are engaged in healing of living organisms with the help of low capacity electromagnetic radiation generated by the bodies. Why did I write a living organism, and not just a human body? It is because that bio-energy treatment has long been effectively used in the veterinary arena as well. The author of this book has a successful but very little experience in animal treatment, so in this book we will deal with the subject of improving clients’ health in my private clinic PATH to HEALTH.

Due to the fact that traditional medicine practitioners are very jealous about the activities of the majority of people practicing alternative medicine, especially when the alternative practitioners start using medical terms, I would like to briefly explain to the reader the following.

Both, in my practice and in presenting the material in this book, I am trying not to use terms such as illness, treatment, etc. Instead, for the most part, I use bio-energetic synonyms, such as: organism disorder, organ system blockage, abnormal zone, health improvement, removing the blockage, etc. The very meaning of the emergence of chronic disorders of the body is associated with the deterioration of the energy-information exchange. The restoration of this exchange allows the body to start self-recovery. We are treating the processes of the development of disorders in the body and their elimination in a much simpler way than traditional medicine.

The human body is designed as a self-healing bio-energy mechanism. The main controlling center, the brain, regulates the functions of all its parts by means of electric signals continuously transferring information through the spinal cord and numerous nerve fibers (1, 2). As long as this communication is conducted uninterruptedly, the body is alive and doing well and does not cause much trouble to its owner. However, during the years of our education and work, we manage to develop so many bad habits that deteriorate the structure of signal- transmitting fibers, and, as a result, by the age of 40-50, we start receiving medical treatments.

Long-term observations of my clients’ health and study of various publications allowed me to develop a very effective Integrated Healing Method (IHM) of the body. It consists of several mandatory actions that allow not only to quickly determine the cause of the disorder, but also, if possible, to restore the natural energy information links of the body. The IHM method includes:

- A Preliminary Health Status Assessment (PHSA) – bio-energy diagnostics.

- Impact of IPEC THERAPY bio-energy technique on identified blocked areas and abnormal bio-energetic zones.

- Compulsory repetition of specifically designed physical exercises and elimination of identified bad habits.

The basis of this method is the author’s original bio-energy technique IPEC THERAPY (Ismailov Point Energy Correction). Its main advantages are:

- Ease of implementation and the possibility of applying in self-healing by any person.

- Reliable determination of the sufficiency of action in each individual point during the session.

- High efficiency of recovery of many serious disorders and the stability of the results obtained.

- The possibility of establishing the preclinical stage of many disorders in the body, when the symptoms have not manifested themselves, but the change in the functions of the organs had already taken place.

Because of the daily long-term use of even just some components of the Integrated Healing Method of recovery allowed me, at my 60-year-old age, not to seek doctors’ help for any chronic disease for the past twenty years.

Having said all that, I need to explain what made me write this book? The reader has the right to ask this question, since it is possible to find whole departments dedicated to alternative medicine in any big bookstore, and it is uncommon to see books on bio-energetic techniques among them.

There are three reasons that made me publish this book. Firstly, it is a clear transformation of the healing method that I have been using into an independent method, which differs significantly from other practices of healing.

Secondly, the high effectiveness of the application of this technique in the recovery of various serious disorders, such as fibromyalgia, migraine, enuresis, stomach ulcers, etc. Among my clients, who have fully recovered after the sessions, are those whom doctors refused to treat. For some of them, there was no longer need for any surgical interventions that were suggested as the only method of successful treatment.

And, finally, the third reason is linked to the idea of building a bridge between traditional (official) medicine and bio-energetic branch of alternative healing
