      This book can be controversial if you don't discern. Yes, some of the tips given in the book sound amazing but not realistic (or legal in some situations), but that's where your gotta use critical thinking skills (or common sense) to determine what works best for you. I value efficiency, and this book encompasses that. Great, easy read. High re-readability too.

      There are so many good tips and ideas in this book but not only that, the author takes the time to break it down, explain in detail, and give you the confidence to know that you can implement these ideas in your life and create passive income. He also writes to you like a friend, puts information into terms that you can understand (it’s a realistic approach to create passive income ). Can't wait to put some of these plans into action. I already own a rental property, but feel like I have the tools now to expand that area of my passive income and turn it into a larger stream of revenue. The options are seriously limitless and I'm PUMPED to get started after reading this book!
