In this book; A Barbecue Fiesta, I will share with you seventy of my favorite and rare barbecue recipes. These recipes are very simple to make and cost effective. It's from it I pull out any recipe to make when i have plans to hang out with my buddies or when i am having my family over the weekend.
Why should you choose barbecuing over other methods of cooking?
For one, do you know that when you barbecue a meat you eat lesser fat? Yes, you read that right, whenever you barbecue, the excess fat drips off from the grill grates
compared to when you have to cook in a pan or cook pot where the fat has nowhere to go and is eventually re-absorbed by the meat.

CHAPTER ONE – CHICKEN
Chicken Ketchup Barbecue Recipe
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 35 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients
2 (halved) skinless, boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 minced cloves garlic
2 tablespoons apple cider
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
5 tablespoons ketchup
Vinegar
Salt and pepper as desired
Instructions
1. Pre-heat grill for med-high heat.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over med-heat.
3. Sauté garlic and onion until tender.
4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
5. Cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce the remove from heat, and allow to rest.
6. Oil the grill grate.
7. Dip chicken in the sauce, and mix to coat.
8. Cook on grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning it once.
9. Move the chicken to skillet with sauce and simmer about 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Turkey Burgers Barbecue Recipe
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 packet dry onion soup mix
Instructions
1. Pre-heat the grill on high heat.
2. Using a large mixing bowl, combine the soup mix, turkey and water together.
3. Season with pepper and salt.
4. Mix lightly and divide into four patties.
5. Oil the grate and grill the patties for about 5-10 minutes on each side until is well done.
6. Serve and enjoy.
Rosemary Grilled Chicken Breasts
Preparation Time: 35 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
4 (halved) boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons juiced lemon
2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil
8 minced cloves garlic black pepper
Instructions
1. Pre-heat the grill on med-high heat and oil the grate.
2. Whisk the juiced lemon, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, mustard, olive oil and salt together in a bowl.
3. Put the chicken breasts in a large reseal able plastic bag. Add the garlic mixture over chicken, setting aside 1/8 cup. Seal bag and massage marinade into chicken.
