For us, that means doing a quick plan on how much time and effort this idea will take, so we can have a bird’s eye view. It doesn’t have to be exhaustive. Just a quick outline will help.     You can do the estimates yourself, brainstorm them as a group, or ask others to contribute. Where you can, get the help of the people who will actually do the work, as they are likely to have prior experience to draw upon. By involving them, they'll also take on greater ownership of the time estimates they come up with, and they'll work harder to meet them. This book is designed and written to help you stay focused in this dynamic world. Many people have abandoned their ambitions and dreams and are seating at the mercy of others just because they could not endure a little further. This life demands much of endurance and determination that will quench after strings of failures until success is attained.
