In 2006 Zealouslloyd came into contact with people of substance and value through a direct sales company. It was not what I was paid or what I earned in monetary value that mattered, it was what I became – a person of quality, attracting people to the gifts, skills and opportunities I offer as an entrepreneur and coach. These life-transforming ideas became the philosophy that refined my thinking, changed my choices, and influenced my daily activities. At the same time they transformed my life. These ideas were shared with me by associates in meetings, business groups, conferences, and also in private, and have become the greatest building blocks for my personal development, motivation, sales training and business coaching.

After my initial exposure to such life transforming principles and through curiously searching, looking, seeking and asking, I then came into contact with information from renowned speakers, business philosophers and motivational personalities which led me to believe that a person can achieve anything they dream of.

There were many meetings in which I was trained and equipped to become a great business leader, but I am now convinced that there are no born leaders. Leaders are made, and leaders are a product of many meetings.

Leadership is not about managing things – it is about developing people. Leadership greatness is about beginning something that does not end with you. Create a successful present while building a brilliant future. Develop the skill to influence people to an idea, to a product, to a lifestyle, to the future, to their way of thinking, to an enterprise – you have to do this by learning the skills to influence someone.

There is a vast need for leaders in our country – leaders who will lead us to achieve more things in this fast growing and changing world. As most of the world is based on old philosophy, we need new thinking, we need today’s thinking for tomorrow’s vision, we need new concepts to build a new world, to build a new future. Life can’t continue the way it has always been. Things must change.

I strongly believe the future is now, and young people must be developed to become successful entrepreneurs.

Success Fundamentals

Success is characterised in various forms and has many meanings depending on what one is seeking in life, business, relationship or career. To athletes, success can mean winning that gold medal, to parents, success can mean raising children with good moral values. To doctors, success can mean saving a life, and yet to others, it can mean a job promotion or acquiring wealth. Success depends on one’s perspective of the life one has.

One thing about success is that every individual has to determine the true meaning of success in his own life, and those who walk through life attempting to accomplish success through someone else’s standards, will continuously lack success.

The modern dictionary defines success as that certain measure or the degree of achievement or accomplishment or as a desirable and favourable outcome.
