The Paleo diet can support weight loss, muscle toning, and even the aiding in many bodily functions like cardiac, respiratory, and even digestion. Chapter One: What is this diet?
So, in a nutshell, what does it mean to go on a Paleo diet? Well, basically, the paleo diet is one that follows the basic fresh foods that our earlier ancestors use to eat. This would include fresh meats and vegetables. The idea is to avoid as much processed or refined foods as you possibly can.
The Paleo diet has three different names. This includes
