    My Story.. Years ago I was lucky enough to get a scholarship to design school. Woo hoo! Did I take it? Nope..I decided to just charge full steam ahead opening my first store and jumping right in the business world. After several furniture shows in the Shabby/Industrial Chic space I decided it was time to open a brick and mortar store. I started with just cash, no line of credit, or even a revolving credit card. I figured if I can build a business from scratch using a cash on hand only method, I would be able to teach others about it in the future, and that is exactly what happened! All the money or connections in the world cannot get you a seat drinking wine on that porch..but if I ever meet you, ask me for an invitation. If you have ever spend time in Yountville you know this porch. I know a lot of fun, non touristy things to do there, so if you ever go, let me know. I can give you some inside info.
