Meal prep is the method or process of preparing and planning meal. It includes the preparation of food according to the desires of people. Some people have the weight loss problems while some other are facing the issues of having the healthy clean meal for their daily diet plan.
On the other hand many of us want to gain weight or to gain extra fats. All such needs can be fulfill by some short recipes of the method known as meal prep
. Meal preparation includes getting meals ready in a very short time. Meal prep recipes are usually needed by those people who wish to lose extra weight or who want to maintain a healthful life.
Sometimes regular ingredients are utterly cooked with different instructions in order to lose weight. Such foods may be all set in small containers such as Tupper ware, and they are labeled with the useful ingredients.
People usually prepare the meal preps recipes at home within few minutes. Some of the diet conscious people prepare their lunch, breakfast and dinner according to the nutrition charts.

1-2 bananas
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup raspberries
