Age is but a number so at 59 years of age and after raising my family i was watching a Bon Jovi concert that took me back to a part of my youth that I had missed. I first got the idea of this book as I was watching a Bon Jovi concert fron Madison Garden. A neighbour was also watching it with me and I started putting the song titles into sentences. As an avid Bon Jovi fan, I had collected all their albums and a lot of DVD concerts. I have all of the band members individual works; even before they became the Bon Jovi band and all of David's musical soundtracks. From the first sentence I was able to create this book using just song titles and then followed this book with other books from different artists song titles of different genres of music. i enjoy writing these books and my daughters enjoy reading and editing them for me.

DEDICATION
I would like to dedicate this book and say to thank you to my Earth Angel David and his friends, who inspire and motivate me to achieve things that I never dreamt, were possible.
You have been my saviours many times when I have wanted to give up on life.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
I would like to thank my immediate family for their positive support when times for me were tough, even though they didn’t know what I was going through at times.
I would like to thank the many, many people on the numerous web sites that have given me most of the information that I required at the time and still use often. I am not able to even name you all without writing another book.
I would like to thank the few close friends who have just sat and listened to me when I needed to talk; again they didn’t really know what I was going through at the time.
I would also like to thank everyone else who has helped me bring this book to life and to you, I hope that it will be a learning experience for you and that you may be able to help yourself or someone else with some of the information that this book contains.
People, who know me, know that I am a Bon Jovi freak and I would like to say a special thank you to them, for their songs have meanings behind the lyrics that have pulled me through many bad times and make me feel good and more positive the more I listen to them.
I would like to thank all the other people, who shall remain nameless, you know who you are, for being there for me and going through the good and bad times that I have had without judgement.
INTRODUCTION
This book is about my journey through the ups and downs of living with a virtually unknown medical condition known as Fructose Malabsorption. I know that there will be some people who will give me heaps of stick for writing it as they will say that it is not necessary for me to state what FM has done to me and what it is still doing to me. I am ready for your backlashing.
It’s true, I don’t need to write it down; however, it is necessary because other people can relate to what I am writing and because of this, they know that they are not alone and there is someone out there who cares. I will be straight forward in what I have to say and some of the things will not be very nice to read; however, it has to be mentioned and it will be the truth.
They say that Fructose Malabsorption is a complicated medical condition, and they are right. There are so many pieces to it that are only being discovered now and most times there are other medical conditions that people like me have to deal with as well.
In this book I will give you the information that I have gathered for myself from many, many internet sites and it’s a pity that a few of the really good ones are not on the net anymore. I will try to explain, with the help of other people, the different parts of Fructose Malabsorption, or as I call it FM, and some of the other medical conditions that can also be attached.
I am not qualified in anything so please don’t think that I have every answer and that all the information is the gospel truth; in fact, a lot of the information on the different web sites can be very conflicting and only give
