    • Red Heart Super Saver medium (worsted) weight acrylic yarn (solid: 7 oz/364 yds/198g; multi: 5 oz/244 yds/141g per skein):

    3 skeins each #964 primary and #320 cornmeal

    2 skeins each #624 tea leaf and #378 claret

    • Size I/9/5.5mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge

    This Throw is worked from center out.

    Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated.

    Special Stitches

    Cluster (cl): Holding back last lp of each st on hook, 5 tr in place indicated, yo, pull through all lps on hook.

    Back post treble crochet decrease (bptr dec): Holding back last lp of each st on hook, bptr around sts indicated, yo, pull through all lps on hook.

    Throw

    Rnd 1: With primary, ch 8, sl st in first ch to form ring, [ch 4, cl (see Special Stitches) in ring, ch 4, sc in ring] 4 times, do not join.

    Rnd 2: [12 tr in next cl, sc in next sc] around, join (see Pattern Notes) in beg tr. Fasten off.

    Rnd 3: Join cornmeal in back lp (see Stitch Guide) in 9th tr, ch 4 (counts as first tr), bptr dec (see Special Stitches) around same st as ch 4, next 3 tr, next sc and next 4 tr, ch 4, sl st in both lps at base of last bptr worked (lower half of beg circle completed), ch 4, bptr dec around next 4 tr, ch 4, sl st in both lps at base of last bptr worked (corner), [ch 4, bptr dec around next 4 tr, next sc and next 4 tr, ch 4, sl st in both lps at base of last bptr worked, ch 4, bptr dec around next 4 tr, ch 4, sl st in both lps at base of last bptr worked (corner)] 3 times, join in 4th ch of beg ch-4.

    Rnd 4: [8 tr in center of bptr dec, sc in next sl st, 12 tr in center of corner, sc in next sl st] around, join in beg tr. Fasten off.
