About this ebook
It’s important to share the good things in life. Great Home Style Southern comfort food is in my opinion one of the best things!
Within my newest cookbook, (Southern Home-Style Cooking With Gin Lee) you will find a lot of really yummy food recipe’s. Many recipe’s included show different ways to prepare Southern Home-Style Chicken, breakfast meals, One pot Crock-Pot dinners, casseroles, desserts, HOME-STYLE ICE CREAM, and much more.
You’ll find, I use mostly canola oil, canned Pet milk, and Splenda within almost all my recipe’s. I am Southern, but I do try to cook healthier. By all means, if you prefer making my recipe’s with bacon fat, shortening, and sugar, that’s not a problem!
I also use Pet milk, because it’s what my grandma Ball always used in her cooking. It’s my required taste, that still prefers me to use it. To me Pet milk gives extra Southern flavor, and creamier textures to every dish that I prepare.
Instead of using all-purpose flour, I always use Self-rising. I always have luck with it working out perfectly for my gravy, biscuits, etc… There are only two exception’s for when I do use all-purpose flour, making my homemade yeast rolls, and cinnamon rolls. However for every other recipe I use Self-rising flour. I didn’t include my yeast roll recipe, nor cinnamon roll recipe within this book, because I use my bread machine with those recipe’s.
Within the following pages, I added the majority of my recipe’s that everyone can prepare, without having to use several different kitchen gadgets.
So with all that said, I hope that anyone who wants to learn how to cook, and those of you who already do, will enjoy my newest book and its contents!

Intro to CHAPTER 1.
Every morning I stumble out of my cozy bed. Collecting my thoughts, while I drank a can of my favorite diet soda pop. Then I head into the kitchen.
We all have our moments of wanting to just sleep in. It’s a rare treat when I actually get to! At 4:00 A.M. nothing else seems to be stirring, other than me, and the wire whisk in my hands! However when your husband works on the farm, a good, wholesome breakfast has to be prepared. Even if it’s before the Rooster begins to
