    Introduction To A Better Life

My first piece of advice to you, the reader, after reading this opening sentence is to put down this book and look in a mirror and tell yourself how amazing and incredibly lucky you are to be here looking at your reflection.

We often forget, or maybe have not stopped and thought about the fact that the only reason we are here at all is that we are part of an evolutionary line of genetic winners and that we are the end result.
