Calisthenics for Beginners - Teresa Jordan
Introduction
Calisthenics is an amazing fitness practice. Its principle is to use your own body (no training equipment) to lose weight and build muscle mass. This makes it very cheap, as you will not need any training equipment, just a pair of gym shoes and a tracksuit or a pair of shorts if it is a hot summer day. But this is not the main reason why calisthenics is amazing; unlike forms of training, calisthenics is fast and rhythmical; by fast, we mean that you will not need to spend hours every day training. Most calisthenics routine last between fifteen and twenty minutes. This makes it convenient to people who have a busy life. Moreover, calisthenics gives amazing results, as it targets specific muscles in each exercise, and routines can be built to improve the part or parts of your body that you wish to focus on; it is a bit like going to the gym, but without paying for a subscription, without the equipment and saving
