One of the best things about adding coconut oil to your diet is the fact that the body metabolizes it much faster than other types of oil. It is a wonderful source of energy and will keep working for you as long as you use it. It’s one of the best fuels to get your body moving. I typically substitute coconut oil for most other types of oil, unless the recipe specifically says not to. I saw results from the change quickly and you can too.
For many years, I had trouble with indigestion. After including coconut oil (or coconut flour and coconut milk) in my diet plan, I’ve noticed a huge different, not just in my energy level but also with the tummy trouble
I’d always experienced. Coconut oil makes it easier for your body to absorb nutrients. It’s an antiviral, antimicrobial and antibacterial properties that are necessary to keep the stomach balanced. You need amino acids, proteins, vitamins, nutrients and minerals in your daily diet and coconut oil helps you get what you need.
Another way it has helped me, and can help you, too, is by making your skin look beautiful and fresh. Dry skin has been a problem for me for many years. When I started adding coconut oil to my meals, this problem has been reduced. Coconut oil is high in fatty acids and natural oils that allow all layers of the skin to receive the needed moisture to make it revitalized and healthy.
