Homemade Pizza Recipes - Monique Lopez

    Introduction

No matter who you are or where you’re from, there will always be people who will have their favorites. Most of us have our own choice of music, clothing styles, favorite movies, drinks, hairstyles, and other things that we just love to indulge in. Legend has it that it was their approval that started the worldwide pizza craze that we all know today.

Over the years, pizza has survived all sorts of attacks. Aside from the disdain it once received from the wealthier classes, it has survived cultural divides, it has circled the globe, and it is has evolved and adapted to each new culture and time period that has embraced it. However, in today’s modern world of health conscious nuts, it is now being assaulted for its poor health benefits. Still, few have been able to resist its salty, greasy, cheesy, goodness. It makes us all wonder, what is the big attraction and why are there so many pizza lovers around the globe?

Many of us recognize that most pizza is not good for our health but somehow our brains seem to override our logical reasoning, and we end up reaching for another slice regardless of what some may say. It’s a combination of cultural thinking, impulses,
