Introduction

This book is for all those people who are interested in learning a little bit about herbs and spices, and want to know more about their healing properties. Since ancient times herbs and spices have been used by both the common man and by wise healers to heal a person naturally. You may not know this, but you do a little bit of natural healing, in your own life, subconsciously with the help of herbs.

This knowledge has been gained, possibly in childhood, imbibed mentally, through seeing the elders around you using herbs and spices, as remedies to cure you.

This is the same cream, which you buy bottled up on supermarket shelves, under the name of Calendula natural skin cream. But instead of honey, you have preservatives in it. The marigold extract may also not be totally one hundred percent pure.
