    Marese Hickey has done aerobatics in a vintage Tiger Moth in New Zealand, meditated in Tibet, and has swum with wild dolphins in the Bahamas. She is an energy healer, holistic therapist and former nurse. She has worked as a clinical hypnotherapist for nineteen years. Marese has known love and loss, sorrow and joy. Now that she loves herself, she would like to help others do the same. This is what inspired her to write How to Love Yourself in Less Than 50 Years, a personal development and spiritual growth foundation book. She is also an animal healer and servant to four cats.
