The premise of this book seems to combat an inaccessible academia but is very much a dense academic work. The chapters are interesting but have the fault of being long-winded and ideologically repetitive. This book ventures into the praxis of feminist political ecologies and relies heavily on anecdotal evidence seeking to invite the embodied experience of women into the realm of academia.

Overall, its an extensive look into its respective field, but one that I find monotonous.
