About this ebook
In my family when my children were small I had a battle over the food I cook and served. My husband didn’t care for vegetables and he made it well known to all concerned about his poor choice in foods.
My children heard his tale of wow so often they started repeating it when I did indeed serve vegetables in the food we ate.
It was a battle of trying to get them to consume the correct food which still goes on to this day.
Family Food Wars
Are breakfast lunch and dinner a war zone in your home?
Does your family disagree with the food they are eating?
Do they eat fruits and vegetables? Do they drink sodas and eat junk food?
All children love junk food and it’s okay up to a certain point, but when it becomes the normal everyday substance for our children - then you have a problem.
