That is this book will try to provide not only technical advice, but also such as to start the journey of the young towards the future.
The book is useful to coaches, parents, president of football societies to have the right culture and not make mistakes that can affect the future of the joung.
II. DEDICATION
The book is dedicated to the world's best soccer player of recent years: Lionel Messi, who as a child suffered because he was not growing and had to do medical care, but he managed to become the best footballer of the world through many sacrifices.
The responsibility for what is written is of the author, which is always open to suggestions and changes to facilitate the improvement of youth football. For the health problems I highlight the importance of contact your doctor or your doctor specializing in sports medicine without wasting time.
III.PROLOGUE
Youth football comprises an age span ranging from 5 to 18 years old. Then includes a large variability of topics and cultural background.
Being a parent or coach of young players requires to have a cultural, human, psychological, technical, food, health care background, which today are essential and fundamental to the delicacy of the task entrusted to the company sports.
IV. PRECOCIOUS YOUTH INITIATION TO SPORT
1) A parent or an experienced football coach or any other teacher of sport physical activity should be initiated precociously according to a certain sporting calendar and should know that the preparation and the address starts since the age of two months old.
Baby -child must be exercised to move himself on inert rubber material pad, gym type (non-woven mat to prevent contact with dust mite) on his bell and to stimulate him to crawl like a cat.
From this position should be carried out to push on the legs, so baby develops a better control of: neck, lifting the head, resting on the upper and lower limbs.
Since the age of 3-4 months old, after the first vaccination (for the prevention of childhood diseases), it is advisable to take the child to a course of swim to develop all the motor skills.
2) the infant takes an aquatic course in the pool with a parent and a qualified instructor or a degree in physical education. This exercise allows him to become more psychologically autonomous and to do all the body movements thanks to swimming, developing the motor skills completely.
3) at the age of three to four years old the child must be launched to motor activity named game-sport (jump, catch and throw a ball with hands and feet bilaterally, running between pins, etc ...), that will allow to child to perform the choices for future sports activities and inculcate the motor activity as a fundamental component for a good lifestyle.
4) when 5-6 years old the child can be launched towards more specific sports, and only according to his choice: football, basketball, skating, swimming, etc ... Always in the form of play, socializing and without stress.
V. THE FIRST MEETING WITH THE YOUTH FOOTBALL
The first day of training of football involves being with so many new friends, the same year of birth, and a coach. You must start from the idea that football is the game, simplicity, imagination, passion, respect for others, then of the rules, aware that only one in a hundred thousand becomes a champion.
The coach has to talk to the kids and to parents explaining that:
1)this sport experience will mature sports their character: will', sociality, friendship, loyalty, personality , ability to suffer, sacrifice, ability to self control, etc;
2) football exercises the body, the legs, the mind, with assets (speed , rapidity' reflexes, endurance, tactical intelligence, courage, etc ..) that will last all lifetime, especially compared to sedentary children;
3) the boy learns to be all a team, where there is respect and there is mutual support each other.
VI. BEFORE EVERY WORKOUT THE STRETCHING AND THE WARMING MUSCLES
From the first day of training it is important to start with moderate exercises stretching the legs, to avoid: pain, contractures, strains, muscle cramps.
Stretching is even more important for the young football player than adult, because the guys have more fast bone growth length respect their muscles, that are always in greater tension. Then it is important that the musclesare relaxedwitha slow foot race round the field.
The stretching can be done, for about ten seconds for each exercise:
1) placing one leg at a time to a tree or on a table, tap your toe with the hand on the same side, to stretch the back muscles of the legs;
2) bending the knee, one at a time,
