Why I wrote this book
There have been times in my life when I’ve wanted to make major or minor changes yet have felt stuck about how exactly to bring those changes about.
Sometimes this has been because of my belief that something would not be possible; other times it’s been because I wondered what other people would think about me if I did what I wanted to do. I also procrastinated because:
Change seemed unachievable
I didn't know how to start the process
I wanted other people to change
I didn't have enough time
I was scared to take the first step
If you are hesitating to make the changes you know you want to make to your life yet have been unable to make a start then what I’m offering you are some tips to enable you to make small changes quickly, so that the bigger changes can follow.
