      Introduction

      If you are reading this you are probably considering having a gastric band operation otherwise known as bariatric surgery.

      You will have struggled with your weight as I have done and am now going to take action, once you have made extensive enquiries with your Dr and also due diligence has to be made by yourself as to whether this is right for you.

      I took 6 years from thinking about this and due to financial reasons could not get this done previously.

      I personally have been exercising for over 20 years going to the gym and swimming. Also eating healthily and do not have diabetes because of this. Yet I am still overweight. I do suffer from medical issues and have a low metabolic basil rate.

      I believe this is a rogue gene and consider I do fall within this category called Syndrome X and that
