About the Author
Welcome to Cody, Wyoming
The Wild West town named Cody is located in northwest Wyoming and has a population just under 10,000 people.
Named after William Frederick Cody, better known as Buffalo Bill, the town is his creation. Buffalo Bill was a Pony Express rider, scout, hunter, entrepreneur and showman. He starred in the "Buffalo Bill’s Wild
