    Dedication

I dedicate this book to all of the amazing people in the GSDF Community. To all of those who have had to keep a restricted diet due to medical or health reasons. To all of you that realize a restrictive diet does mean good, healthy food!

I dedicate this book to those that have felt overwhelmed, alone, frustrated and in physical pain due to food allergies or other medical illnesses that have you eating gluten, sugar and dairy free.

This book was requested by the community since most slow cooker cookbooks use soups, pre made ingredients and a lot of gluten, sugar and dairy. I dedicate these simple, easy but tasty, healthy recipes to you.

May this cookbook make meal planning that much easier! Let your cooker do the work for you.

Our community at Gluten, Sugar, Dairy Free has continued to grow every week! We have a free membership that gives you weekly tips, videos and more all the way to paid support groups and much more.

At GSDF we are much more than just recipes, we are about education and we have classes every week and new ones created monthly.

    Thank You to Our

    VIP Foodie Recipe Testers

We are lucky to have a great group of VIP Foodie Recipe Testers. These are home chefs who volunteer to try out our recipes the exact way they are written, share them with their families and give us honest feedback. This way we ensure that all our recipes turn out the way they were intended, can be duplicated in the home kitchen with a variety of skill levels and that they are tasty.

They let me know when it just does not work out and at times, even make suggestions on how it can be improved and then they test them again. We are grateful for all the families of these testers that have tried new dishes, new ingredients and been willing to give honest feedback. The children of the testers sometimes give the funniest feedback: It tasted really good but too bad it looked like vomit. Or this one: I really liked the lemon flavor in the dish but I don’t like lemons so I would not eat it again.

For some of our testers they are learning to cook gluten, sugar, dairy free and for others, they have been doing it a while. I am lucky to have such a variety of testers test our recipes!

A big thank you to all the families that were not sure what was in the slow cooker each time recipe testing occurred! I love that everyone was willing to try something new, let us know what they thought and send us photos of the final product. Each tester was required to fill out a survey about the recipe and send in photos of their final product so that I could really know what did and did not work.

    ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

    -------My Partner

I would like to acknowledge my partner who saw my passion for food, flavor profiles and writing recipes. He encouraged me to write all my recipes into new gluten, sugar, dairy free ones and built me the website to showcase them. That website turned into more than a recipe site as the community grew and we became an education and information site as well.

He supported me even when I got overwhelmed, doubted my ability to get everything done and always encourages me. His brilliant ideas of how to get this information out to those that most desperately need it has been invaluable. I am blessed to have him by my side, guiding me, supporting me and always being there no matter what or the miles that sometimes separate us. Because of him, I am able to follow my passion and for that I am grateful.
