Foreword
Recently, I lost over 30 pounds. I feel dramatically different. It is crazy how one simple thing can impact your life.
I remember the feeling of being overweight. I was exhausted all the time. I wasn’t very happy. I did not feel like doing anything. I did not feel like me.
Now, I am in the best shape of my life. I feel amazing. Naturally, everything in my outside world is matching my frequency inside.
Business is better. Breathing feels light like a feather. It used to feel heavy like a thick fog. I remember trying to force myself to do work related things. It was brutal. Now it’s simple. Work is enjoyable. We all like doing things that are enjoyable.
If you want to be successful in life, it starts with your health. Your mind is a part of your body. Treat your body well and your mind will take care of itself. It’s beautiful and will give you a chuckle when you see the simplicity of it.
As Buddha once said, To keep the body in good health is a duty...otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.
