About this ebook

In this book we are going to be exploring fully about self sabotage. Most do not realize the seriousness of this problem. A vast majority of the problems we are encountering in life actually come from within
and not put on by external situations and influences. Because of the nature of how our subconscious mind works, it is able to create events that on the surface look like they come from external situations
which is not really the case in a lot of cases.
Bad luck, obstacles, illnesses, forgetfulness, procrastination and over a dozen other excuses are things we ourselves cause to sabotage ourselves invisibly.
Lack of drive or easily ejecting the first sight of resistance or problems are also manifestations of a messy internal programming and in actuality a form of self sabotage that is not usually recognized and
thus fixed.
That and more are the very things we are going to be taking care off and permanently fixing in this book.

You Are Your Own Worst Enemy - Michael Widmore

    Introduction

In this book we are going to be exploring fully about self sabotage. Most do not realize the seriousness of this problem. A vast majority of the problems we are encountering in life actually come from within and not put on by external situations and influences. Because of the nature of how our subconscious mind works, it is able to create events that on the surface look like they come from external situations which is not really the case in a lot of cases.

Bad luck, obstacles, illnesses, forgetfulness, procrastination and over a dozen other excuses are things we ourselves cause to sabotage ourselves invisibly.

Lack of drive or easily ejecting the first sight of resistance or problems are also manifestations of a messy internal programming and in actuality a form of self sabotage that is not usually recognized and thus fixed.

That and more are the very things we are going to be taking care off and permanently fixing in this book.

    Self Regrets

Many of them are self perpetuated by those who attempt to make use of these dreary feelings to keep us down and hold us back. If we examine our own lives it will come to be quite obvious.

Guilt and shame are difficult feelings that trigger so much needless suffering. Nearly identical in the way they work within us, sense of guilt as well as shame normally form a single structure. But while it is possible to really feel regret without shame, we cannot feel shame without guilt. The way to differentiate them is this: Guilt is the feeling that adheres to a perceived misdeed.

    Guilt Protects Us From Punishment

We do something, or assume of doing something that we think we should not do or that is wrong to do. Interestingly, we frequently feel guilty even when we haven't actually done an external action. with malice involved Due to the fact that we think that penalty from the outside is unavoidable, we punish ourselves in order to stop receiving it.

Sense of guilt Keeps Us In Control

A second deception kept in the name of sense of guilt is that the feeling somehow stops us from duplicating our wrong activities or misdeeds.  Regret naturally triggers us to avoid, or to proceed doing the very same things that we believe to be wrong. When we do the action again, we automatically feel that self-inflicted punishment.

We Were Programmed To Think It's Our Fault

When our moms and dads, guardians, teachers, or spiritual leaders misuse us when we were younger, it is difficult for us to accept that these people could do something wrong. Principal ones like our moms and dads have a tremendous quantity of influence in our values, and what we deem as right and wrong. We could elevate some adult figures in our lives to the status of gods almost. They may be wrong, but as children we can easily be programmed to think they are right.

    Anti-Happiness Programmings

Are you punishing yourself by making your life more complicated more than it requires to be? Are you punishing yourself by hanging out with the wrong crowd, being in the wrong career, by
