Reviews for US Army Long-Range Patrol Scout in Vietnam 1965-71

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5As a C 1/9 1st Cav Div slick pilot in 1969, I inserted and extracted many teams. The read was excellent and my respect nw higher if that’s possible. The book doesn’t mention wooden nickels given to the AC after hot extractions, but I had a door frame of them. Welcome back and if anyone was hanging from my three strings near Song Be, circa July (?) ‘69 hung up in triple canopy, sorry for having to finally pull pitch after several minutes as cobras were getting closer and yelling for us to get out of there. I heard there were some broken collar bones, but it had to be done! Again, welcome back!
