I wish to first thank those of you who read my book Cooking with Mic and decided to continue your microwave education.
The microwave has long been looked upon as a glorified toaster by those who use them. It is good for popcorn and hot pockets and TV dinners, but making actual meals was dismissed by most people who have heard stories of how it cannot cook food as well as a standard oven or if it could then their was no way that you should ever attempt to make desserts with one. The dessert would be raw in places or burnt. Both are false. You will be able to make fantastic desserts with your microwave. I am talking about cakes, cookies, pies and off the wall items such as Turkish delight and truffles..
A microwave oven has weaknesses, but desserts are not one of them. In this book you are going to find 25 world class recipes. You will discovery that the microwave can handle both sweet and savory dishes equally..
