For many women, the joy of becoming pregnant is an incredibly important time in their lives. Finding that one person that you want to be with for the rest of your life and making the commitment to bring a new life into the world can be a magical experience. However, one of the drawbacks to becoming pregnant is the weight gain and added pressure on your body not only from the weight of the baby but the additional fat that the woman gains from consuming food on a constant basis.
