This diet plan fits perfectly into the crossroads between really restrictive diets and diets that allow you total freedom in everything that you do. While the Paleo Diet is not as restrictive as some diets that only allow you to eat a few calories a day until you have lost the weight, it does restrict you from enjoying some of the thing that most diets that are considered healthy would encourage you to eat. These might include dairy products as well as wheat and grain. These products are allowed simply because of the makeup of the diet plan and the basis of what it is founded on.
