Hello, my name is Cindy Zahn. Iam a certified heatlh coach. I
graduated from the Institute ofIntegrative Nutrition in 2011
and The Dr. Sears WellnessInstitute in 2015.
The purpose of this eBook is to educate people on what whole foods are and how they can benefit you. Wellness is my passion. All it takes is a few simple dietary changes and we can all be in a better place both physically and mentally. Yes, believe it or not, the food we eat does have an effect on our mood.
My first ebook is an introduction to whole foods. It explains what whole foods are, what processed foods are why you should be eating more whole foods and less processed foods.
Small changes are all that is needed to start. The cost of health care in this country is catosctropic. We as citizens of this country need to take our health into our own hands. It seems that our licensed health care practioners are not doing a good job of it. And we certainly cannot expect for big pharma to care. They make billions up billions of dollars off of our sickness yearly.
