My name is Nancy Welker. I’m an American woman. Born and raised in New Jersey right smack dab in the middle of the fast-food boon. I know the American lifestyle.
And I know that sometimes introducing different things to our usually way of living isn’t easy. Such is the case with Yoga.
An art that began thousands of years ago in India, Yoga is something of a mystery to many American woman. Some think it has to do with the Hindu religion, which is not necessarily the case.
Others think that it’s not going to get the body in truly excellent physical condition. Once again, that is not necessarily the case.
My love of Yoga was born many years ago, and it began step by step.
My aim in publishing this eBook, which
