Grass-fed lean beef (ground), ¾ lb
Sharp cheddar cheese (cut into small cubes), ¼ cup
Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp

Granny Smith apples (peeled and shredded), ½ cup
Ground black pepper, ¼ tsp
Extra-virgin olive oil cooking spray
Preparation Method
Combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, onion, salt, mustard, apples, and pepper in a mixing bowl and form small 4" patties.
Grease the grill with cooking spray and set the patties on the grill over medium heat, flipping once until they are done according to your likeness. Cook for at least 6-8 minutes.

Ingredients for Steak
Rice wine or sherry, 2 tbsp
Flat iron steaks, 2 steaks 10 oz. each
Low sodium soy sauce, 2 tbsp
Garlic (minced), 1 clove
Raw honey, ½ tsp
Ginger (minced), 1-inch piece
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Idaho or Russet potatoes (peeled and halved), 2 lbs
Grass-fed butter, 4 tbsp
Half and half, 1 cup
Wasabi paste, 2 tsp
Salt, to taste

Preparation Method
To prepare the steak, combine sherry/rice wine, honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and place them in the bowl with the marinade. You can keep the steaks in marinade for 2 hours up to 24 hours, according to your preference.
You can broil or grill these steaks. However, broiling is a better method to cook these steaks. Preheat your broiler and then place the steaks underneath it. Broil for at least 4 minutes
