Unlike normal cooking oil (hazelnut/canola oil), coconut oil contains saturated fat content but it is not harmful for health. On the other hand, scientists have confirmed the fact that 1 tablespoon of coconut oil can give off more energy than 1 tablespoon of canola oil. Here are some easy to prepare and cook meal options for a delicious breakfast, lunch and smoothie recipes which you can make using coconut oil.
Coconut Oil Breakfast Recipes
Coco-Oil Scrambled Eggs

Coconut Oil, 1 tablespoon (for frying)
Unsweetened milk, 6 teaspoons
6 eggs
Salt, 3 pinches
Black pepper (optional), according to taste
Shredded cheese (optional)
Directions
• Start with moderately heating a large non-stick pan (make sure that the flame is set to medium).
• Whisks the eggs in a large bowl thoroughly.
• Add milk to the whisked eggs and blend together.
• Add salt and black pepper to this mixture.
• Melt the coconut oil in the preheated pan.
• Pour the whisked egg mixture in the pan and cook evenly for approximately 1 minute.
• You can sprinkle in some shredded cheese to add a cheesy flavor to scrambled eggs.
