    Thinking is a wonderful gift from God Almighty. How you use it depends on what it will do for you, if you use it wrongly, it will destroy you, but if you use it wisely it will build and lift you up. I don’t know what kind of thinking you have been engaged of before, but I do know that it is not too late to change.

    This book will show you how to let God transform your life by surrendering your life and your thinking to Him. Allow Him to start a sanctification process in order that He may fully consecrate you to Himself and start to mould, shape, and transform you into the express image of His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ. In this sanctification process, one of the first things you will find the Lord will want to do with you is to try and put right thinking into your mind and thought process.

    What you choose to think about and dwell on in this life will make or break you as to what type of person you will end up becoming in this life. Leave it to God the Father to perfectly capture, in one simple one-line sentence from the Bible, the secret to being able to have good mental health in this life. I Know Many Christians have never heard of this verse since it is back in the Old Testament in the Book of Proverbs. “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life” (Prov 4:23 (KJV). This powerful verse should be memorized by all Christians, as it is giving us a major spiritual secret in being able to acquire good mental health in the Lord.

    By the time you finish reading this book you will know that you have all it takes to be what you want to be or achieve what you want to achieve. The day God created you He gave you all that you need to have a quality life. You are created in God’s image. You are God’s kind of being. You are created to have dominion, to be in charge.
