      Why These Books?

      Introduction

      Thank you for purchasing this How-to E-Book. It is part of a series of books I have written to help you save money over the next few months and which can help you improve your present lifestyle and help you save literally thousands of dollars if you implement my suggestions. How do I know that you want to improve your life-style? Easy. Because you bought this book! Simple Logic Watson, simple logic! (I hope you are a Sherlock Holmes fan. This a quotation from the series of Sherlock Holmes Books).

      I am on a mission. I want to help others who are less fortunate than me. There are things you just don't learn in school or even in college or university. There is a certain gap between high school and college and I aim to fill this gap. There are also millions of people in India, Bangladesh, China, Nigeria, Cameroon and zillions of other places that have a lifestyle pretty much like that of slaves who want to improve their lives and maybe some day even contribute to the welfare of the global community. So I plan to also reach out to them and to help them towards a better future. I believe my e-books will do just that. I try very hard to be informative, practical, rational, concise and to the point.

      How Things Have Changed

      Generally speaking it used to be that Chinese restaurants had good and inexpensive meals. But that seems to have been eons ago. Nowadays practically every Chinese immigrant who comes to the United States and can cook a little bit opens a Chinese take-out place. Well, the Chinese food is still Chinese, but a far cry from good. However, it is relatively inexpensive. And some times it may be wiser to purchase Chinese take-out food rather than to prepare something of your own, especially if you work 9-5 and come home exhausted.

      But times are not what they used to be. Everything has gone up in price and our salaries have gone down (that is if you are fortunate enough to still be employed). Many of us have even lost our jobs and therefore have to tighten our belts and really try to keep our expenses down and struggle to make ends meet.
