About this ebook

It is Not an Accident to Be Wealthy is about investment in innovative and sustainable business. You do not need to be where your money is being made. The money you plant yields and you later enjoy dividends that have no end.
In this case forming of companies and buying of founder member shares is the name of the game. It is a game that ordinary people do not understand. They only understand shares of quoted companies that have gone beyond PPO (Private Placement Offer) and are at IPO (Initial Public Offer).
According to Bob Proctor in The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne, 1 percent of the population earns around 96 percent of all the money that’s being earned. It is not an accident.
If you still sleep in the mediocrity of trusting traditional way of doing business, DON’T READ THIS BOOK! If you want to get out of the traditional way of doing business, MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS BOOK!
One way to be miserable after retirement is to make sure that you do nothing else apart from your job, the job you are a slave to, and the job you do, not because you like, but because you have to.
You can change your ordinary life from that of working for money that runs away from you to the one in which the money works for you and runs to you. That kind of life is found in investments, not in employment or self-employment.

I am a retired secondary school teacher of Kiswahili (and Christian Religious Education) and an excited preventive healthcare marketer with Green World Health Products Company.I am a 1976 University of Nairobi Bachelor of Education [Arts (Hons)] graduate and a freelance content writer with a passion for writing and indeed I am a farmer-like author with many titles.I published my first book in 1985, by traditional publishing. I have tried self-publishing and now I am in great heat to explore E-publishing.However, I will never forget my Taaluma ya Ushairi (with Kitula King’ei) from which the publisher ate fat alone, and happens to be an E-book without my knowledge. As I do my business, I worship God in African Kenya Sabcrynnsk of Soi (Prayer and Healing) Church.

    Chapter 1

    Judy – 15th August 2013, 04:16:14 pm

I think I’m the happiest, I can now relax.

    Judy – 16th August 2013, 06:10:52 am

We are one day old in our mother’s womb. Only God knows the rest of the future.

    Sylvia – 16th August 2013 06:16:58 am

We’re no longer WANANCHI but WENYE NCHI.

    That was it!

    What was it?

It was total relaxation relief and excitement of what was yet to come. Those short text messages said it all.

Two years had passed like a joke. I remembered 15th August 2013 like it was yesterday. This was the day I was so upset. I had gone to my bank more than five times since morning on that bad good godsend day. Fountain Enterprises Programme had rested us assured that sale of county shares would be closed 15th December 2013. But all of a sudden, the date was changed to 15th August 2013. Whether for lack or for habit, procrastination just kills, while change is permanent in this world on earth. Procrastination like faithlessness is bad, while change, like hopefulness is good.

I had gone to the bank to check if my peanuts pension had come. It is a right that from the word go, has been given me very grudgingly by powers that be. The pension had not been posted. My account read negative. I kept on hoping that it would be in the next hour or less. In the process, I tried on overdraft. I needed four thousand five hundred shillings that would have enabled to buy a share that would earn me 1.25m in 2016.

We don’t give overdraft, was official, except to customers who operate business accounts. He did not have authority to open to me that it is normal practice that banks do not give money to people who have no money.

If you give me this money, I will refund in the next two days, I tried to impress the banker. I’II be depositing a cheque for over seven thousand shillings.

No, I’m sorry I can’t help you. Again he did not have authority to tell me that banks are there to collect money from the poor to give the rich. Indeed banks collect savings from the poor and give loans to the rich.

After all even the Bible says those who have will be added and those that do not have , even the little they think they have will be taken away from them.

    I walked out
