Do you want to have a predictable way to regenerate your different energies so you can tackle the most difficult or challenging situations over and over, without burning out?
Most people are not aware of how our different systems i.e. emotions, physical, intellectual even spiritual all need to be stressed to their full potential and proactively regenerated.
Why we need to balance stress and recovery to fully maximize our potentials and enjoy life. We can’t just be pushing ourselves to our limits, working all the time, forgetting the need to recharge. Living life off just enjoyment without pushing ourselves? There is no growth! It leads to stagnation and utter boredom.
Those who take it too easy and coast through life like it was a vacation are not really living life to their full potential.
Those who just push themselves constantly not putting value to rest and relaxation are also suffering from the same condition- not maximizing themselves. They just don't recharge enough!
Sense of balance
The key to happiness and self actualization is balance! To utilize stress and be constantly pushing oneself to go beyond one's limits more and more, day by day until growth is achieved.
