    Why I Wrote This Book

    I wrote this book to encourage, empower, and motivate you on your journey to a fit, healthy lifestyle.

    I know from personal experience that losing weight is not always as easy as we would like for it to be. In this book you will find a collection of tips, tricks, techniques that I have personally used to effectively lose the weight that I wanted and stay motivated to keep the weight off.

    The key to achieving any goal is being motivated to take the necessary action steps. The very same thing is true of weight loss. There are many, many weight loss diet plans and methods that would work for us if we actually followed through on them. Motivation is the key to following through and achieving the weight loss success we desire.

    Please understand that this book was not created to be some instantaneous, quick-fix solution for losing weight. This book is designed to get you motivated and keep you motivated to make the necessary changes in your current lifestyle.

    My primary goal in writing this book is to give you the motivational tools you need to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. You will find that many of these same motivational tools can give you the drive and confidence to make progress in many other areas of your life.

    I’m going to let you in on a little secret. Most all weight loss plans work. I’ll let you in on another little secret. Most all exercise routines can help you lose weight. That’s right! Most every weight loss plan and most every exercise will help you lose weight.

    You may be asking yourself how is it possible that these plans work if so many people start these plans and still don’t lose any weight. The answer is quite simple. Follow through.

    You see a weight loss plan in and of itself will not help you lose weight. For any plan to work you must take action. Action is the key ingredient to success in anything we strive to achieve. If you are not losing the weight that you want to lose it is simply because you are not taking the actions that you need to take.

    So far this sounds pretty simple and straightforward, right? Actually, it is. The challenge for most of us is that we know what to, but for whatever reason we are not doing it.
