Introduction
When you think of grilled cheese sandwiches, no doubt you think of your childhood and mom or dad putting a couple slices of American cheese between a couple slices of white bread, roasting them to a gooey, golden brown deliciousness. While you probably don’t find the sandwich too exciting, most of us think of it as comfort food, something that rekindles pleasant memories of childhood. Grilled cheese is the perfect comfort food.
