Barbecue Chicken Sandwich

1 -2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 (18 ounce) jar of your favorite barbecue sauce
1 medium sweet onion, sliced
4 -6 hamburger buns
Directions
1.Strip the chicken of all visible fat and throw it in the slow cooker (crock pot), add the sliced onions.
2.Take your favorite barbecue sauce and pour evenly over the chicken and onions.
3.You might not need the whole jar, just enough to cover the chicken and onions.
4.Cook it on LOW for around 8 hours, or until the chicken is tender.
5.Pull the chicken apart with two forks; scoop the mixture onto the bun bases then top with any condiments or cheese you might want.
6.Or, if you prefer, you can leave
