About this ebook
Have you ever been to Greece? Neither have I, but that doesn't mean that we can't eat like them. Mediterranean cuisine is comprised of an abundant amount of fruits and veggies, olive oil, fish, bread, and red wine. Sound good? I think so, as a matter of fact the food that Mediterranean people consume is really really good for you. It is all in moderation and contains healthy fats and proteins. Before we start looking at the recipes that are sure to make your family ask for these dishes over and over again, let's look at what you need on hand, some tidbits about the culture, and tips on how to really go Mediterranean in the kitchen.
I wrote these recipes to help you get your weekly menu in order. To simplify your life. Feel free to read these recipes on a tablet, or print them out and store them in your recipe book! Before we dive into the recipes, I want to touch on the cooking methods commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine. I hope you love the food!
