2.1. Healthy Mango Smoothie Recipes:

Method – 1: (Mango Smoothie)

Ingredients:

Mango cubes – 1/4 cup

Mashed ripe avocado – 1/4 cup

Mango juice – 1/2 cup

Fat – free vanilla yogurt – 1/4 cup

Freshly squeezed lime juice – 1 tablespoon

Sugar – 1 tablespoon

Ice cubes – 5 to 7

Process:

Take all the above mentioned ingredients except lemon juice and pour it in a blender or mixture grinder.

Blend it thoroughly till it forms smooth drink and pour this in a tall glass.

Then add lemon juice into it and stir it well.

Drink this by garnishing it with sliced mango or berries (as per your preference).
