Interesting first person ghost story book written by a "paranormal investigator" as the title suggests. Was nice to see his first person experiences but several left me wanting more, like where's the rest of the story. Also would have liked to seen pictures. He states several times that he captured these amazing photos, but we never see a one of them. Is a good book overall, but lacking in some areas.

Lancaster's story is personal without being watered down. Investigations are thorough and include multiple notes both on the technical aspects and on the investigator's personal thoughts. Evidence is interesting and different while still being believable. While Lancaster's tales serve as a warning against taking on the paranormal lightly, they also provide good guidance to those who have had their own experiences and wish to delve deeper.
