    Janet Larkin holds a doctorate in Medical Anthropology. Her ethnographic research on the Romany taboo system has been published by the University of Michigan at Amherst. Janet is a member of the Maine Writers and Publishers Alliance and her interests include paranormal research, studies of consciousness, and quantum physics, in addition to traveling and gardening. She is the mother of two daughters and lives in Maine.

      Not a typical paranormal bio about a string of "happenings," but a life story with self-examination and honesty. The descriptions of Maine are especially beautiful, and give atmospheric depth to Larkin's tales of ghostly companionship.
