    First a little about myself.

    I am a grandmother of 4 grown up daughters and 6 beautiful grandchildren.  I have been a family cook for as long as I can remember.  I love cooking and love to watch my family enjoying and savoring the dishes.  As a Malaysian Chinese, my cooking style is somewhat influenced by a tinge of Malaysian flavor.  I hope you will find this refreshing and exciting.  

    I believe that anyone can cook.  It is extremely easy to prepare a meal the Chinese way.  Chinese cooking is healthy and fast.  It does not consist of a lot of oil or fat. For example, stir frying is great for cooking vegetables as the quick cooking
