In addition, you'll get to meet awesome people AND get in great shape.

One last piece of advice if you ́re the kind of person who can’t wait to go out there and just do it - of course not everyone who gives Windsurfing a shot with some old, borrowed gear and no clue gets hurt in the process, but I can assure you that the people who are well informed and properly instructed learn a LOT faster and walk away from their first sessions with a lot less bruises and frustration.

I still absolutely recommend getting lessons from a certified school with qualified instructors, but with the foundation you'll have from this book I can personally guarantee you'll be able to move on by yourself faster than you ever thought was possible.

So what are you waiting for? Grab your copy right now and start learning TODAY! You’ll save time, cash AND make sure to get a great start windsurfing - it can’t get any better than this!

A Windsurfers Dream

The shore called from a distance, singing softly of sandy beaches and calming resonance, but the whirring wind distracted from its tranquility. The intruder brushed up against the tide and slammed forth with an unforgiving power that drove the board harder from the sea. The semi-diurnal tide was closing in quickly, and the need to succumb to its pulse impossible to resist.

As the water crested and fell like a fallen beast, its heartbeat weakening evident in the pulsing of the waves, the rush of ownership overflowed. Suddenly the board darted and weaved into the languid current, jibing between the white surf and shallow havens. Cries could be heard along the skyline, of others marching to their own solitary drone. It was a battle of water and man.

With one final heave, the water relinquished its almighty power and pulled a few feet forward before keeling into the quiet. The shoreline was now no longer distant, but a burial ground of equipment and excitement under foot. Looking back, others were coming into view, they too with their own beast slain as the water lapped around the shore. In the morning, they would return to hunt.

Do you want to become a windsurfer? You’ve come to the right place my friend!

From this book, expect a well-designed step by step guide that takes you from knowing nothing about the sport to being able to ride the wind!

This book was written as a modern, accessible and inspiring guide to the sport I love and breathe. The purpose of this guide is to give the newcomer the best possible introduction based on my experience both as a rider and as a teacher of windsurfing. The book is designed to gradually build one up from the beginning until one becomes a great windsurfer, with emphasis on safety, moving into wind theory and gear knowledge and then progressing into practice of ever increasing difficulty. By following this guide, you will be able to shave days or even weeks off your practice as compared to just going at it with little or no previous knowledge. From my experience, the well prepared individual will also walk away with a lot more satisfaction and far fewer bruises…

Greater emphasis is made in terms of safety which is the main theme throughout the whole publication. Being a water sport, there is always an added risk element compared to land based sports. For this reason, I always recommend getting an introductory course by a good school with certified instructors. How to find a good school is also covered in more details in the book. You should also know that the step by step system described in the book has been designed to be compatible with instructed training and there are parts that you can safely do on your own, thereby reducing the number of instruction hours used, saving you cost and/or letting you progress faster by already knowing the basics.

So to wrap it all up - If you are looking for a great introduction to windsurfing, this is it! You need to look no further!
