About this ebook

Scholars and would-be prophets have been searching the Scriptures for ages trying to determine when Jesus will return—most of them ignoring the plain words spoken by Gabriel in Daniel 9: “From the time the word goes out to return to and rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah, the ruler, comes, there will be seven ‘sevens’....”

In his most concise and compelling work to date, T.W. Tramm proposes that Daniel’s “sevens,” a.k.a. the shemitah and jubilee cycles, are the key to understanding the Lord’s timing.

Learn how:

•The Jubilee foreshadows specific end-times events.
•Jubilee “templates” established millennia ago are being fulfilled today.
• The Jewish return to Jerusalem in 1967 started a prophetic clock ticking.
• A host of signs are converging to reestablish the long-lost jubilee cycle
and what this reveals about our proximity to the Lord’s return.

Informative and thought provoking, whether you have never heard of the Jubilee or are already well-versed, “-2015- The Final Jubilee?” will have you more encouraged than ever that the time of redemption draws nigh.

    PREFACE

With the release of Jonathan Cahn’s book The Mystery of the Shemitah, God’s sabbath-cycles—namely the Shemitah and Jubilee—are receiving more attention than ever. This is a good thing. Of all the prophetic signs and indicators, the Jubilee, in this author’s opinion, is the most critical to understand. People have been forecasting times and dates for the end of the age for ages without regard to the Jubilee or its prophetic implications. This is why these prognosticators have been wrong, every time.

I have written this book with three simple purposes in mind: 1) to serve as a straightforward introduction to the Jubilee and its prophetic implications; 2) to be a source of new and invaluable insight for those, even seasoned watchmen, already familiar with the topic; and 3) to be a source of inspiration and confirmation, as regards proximity, for those eagerly monitoring the signs of the Lord’s return.

With so much prophecy being fulfilled these days, so many harbingers manifesting before our eyes, it is easy to become caught up in the abstracts and lose sight of the most fundamental pieces of the prophetic puzzle. With this writing we hope to increase appreciation and understanding around the Jubilee and what it means for every devoted Christian today, including even those righteous dead in Christ who anxiously await the day of restoration.²

    INTRODUCTION

Do you know when Jesus is coming back?

The Apostle Paul says we are supposed to know:

Now, brothers and sisters, about times and dates we do not need to write to you…you are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. (1 Thessalonians 5:1, 4 NIV)

Paul was reminding the church at Thessalonica that they need not be confused about when Jesus is coming because they already know the times and dates.

The times and dates he was referring to are the Sabbaths and appointed times that comprise the Hebrew calendar. These date-specific, prophetic rehearsals tell us exactly when the Lord is coming back: during the fall season, 6,000 years, or 120 jubilees, from the time the world was created. According to a number of sources, the end of the 6,000th year occurs at the Feast of Trumpets (Jewish New Year) in September 2015. Ten days later marks the Day of Atonement and the commencement of the 120th Jubilee.

Most Christians struggle with the notion that we can know when the Lord is returning. The reason being, over the years, biblical phrases such as, no one knows the day or hour, or I come like a thief, have been misinterpreted or taken out of context.³ When we get beyond these misinterpretations, however, and study the whole of Scripture, it is clear that God reveals His timing—and not just in a general sort of way.

The most awe-inspiring example of the Lord revealing His timing is Daniel’s prophecy of seventy weeks (Dan. 9:24-27). Isaac Newton, who was particularly fascinated with this prophecy, details in his writings how it reveals—over 500 years before the fact—the precise year of Jesus’ birth.

It is believed it was knowledge of Daniel’s prophecy that enabled the magi, or wise men, to determine exactly when Messiah was coming. This makes perfect sense. The wise men, being wise, would not have set out bearing gifts for the newborn King based solely on the appearance of a star. It was because the prophecies had revealed His timing well in advance that they knew when to begin looking for this confirming sign in the heavens.

It is clear that the Jewish religious leaders of Jesus’ day could have known the time of His coming, yet did not. This is why the Lord rebuked them in Luke 12. He later warned that they would suffer destruction because they, and I quote, "did not recognize the time of God’s coming" (Luke 19:44 NIV).

We can be confident that Jesus, who is
