    June 17, 2015 is one of the sad days in American history. Not only had a community is state of South Carolina (U.S) came under attacked by a white supremacy supporter but entire country and world was shocked by this heinous act of racial motivated terrorism.

    This act of terror open an old wound of discrimination and inequality, a wound, which is in the heart of American society.

    We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; {United States Declaration of Independence}

    There is no place for inequality in American society and law.

    Criminal acts intended or calculated to provoke a state of terror in the public, a group of persons or particular persons for political purposes are in any circumstance unjustifiable, whatever the considerations of a political, philosophical, ideological, racial, ethnic, religious or any other nature that may be invoked to justify them.[ 1994 United Nations Declaration on Measures to Eliminate International Terrorism annex to UN General Assembly resolution 49/60, Measures to Eliminate International Terrorism", of December 9, 1994, UN Doc. A/Res/60/49]

    Terrorism is mentioned in (many) U.S. Code among others documents, some are mentioned below:

    Title 22, Chapter 38 of the United States Code (regarding the Department of State) contains a definition of terrorism in its requirement that annual country reports on terrorism be submitted by the Secretary of State to Congress every year. It reads:

    [T]he term 'terrorism' means premediated politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents [22 U.S.C. section 2656f(d)]

    Title 18 of the United States Code (regarding criminal acts and criminal procedure) defines international terrorism as:

    (1) [T]he term 'international terrorism' means activities that —

    (A) involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United State or of any State, or that would be a criminal violation if committed within the jurisdiction of the United States or of any State;

    (B) appear to be intended —

    (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;

    (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or

    (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and

    (C) occur primarily outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States, or transcend national boundaries in terms of the means by which they are accomplished, the persons they appear intended to intimidate or coerce, or the locale in which their perpetrators operate or seek asylum" [18 U.S.C. section 2331(1)]

    The attacked on June 17, 2015 on The Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina, is the oldest African Methodist Episcopal church in the Southern United States. Church was the center of this attack, terrorist Dylann Storm Floor, study and researched and planned before attacking the church, in which he killed 9 people. This is an act of terrorism and hate crime.

    This massacre is an example of oppression, hate, discrimination and terrorism at its worst. Racial supremacy is equivalent to caste system which is crime against humanity.

    Media should try to be responsible when they are reporting news or transmitting opinion.
