About this ebook

Chronic pelvic pain. IBS. Interstitial cystitis. Pelvic floor dysfunction. Bladder pain syndrome.

These are diseases that all share a similar cause. This symptom cluster comes in many flavors and forms. I know it all to well. I am a patient expert and suffered with "chronic pelvic pain" for 7 miserable years until I found a workable solution.

I know the pain, the darkness and the ceaseless symptoms. I know of the hopeless thoughts, the negativity, the anger and the sheer frustration that seems to never end.

What if I told you that, for me, those days are over? That the methods I detail out in this book have essentially made my pelvic pain so rare that I feel normal most of the time? The fact is, that is just the case. By following the methods in this book I have erased my pain, and you can too.

Stop suffering, it's not necessary. For the price of a hamburger, you can quite literally change the way you view pelvic pain and begin the path toward healing. Let's begin.

Thank you for downloading The Pelvic Pain Solution – I want to change your life.

Like many of you I live/lived in a constant internal battle; one where at times, my body rejects my existence for no other reason than the fact I was born. At my worst, pain raged inside of me on a minute by minute basis making it impossible to concentrate or envision a life that wasn’t a test of mettle between my will to live and my ability to endure misery.

I don’t need 300 pages to explain how to evade the grip of this disorder. For the cost of a cup of coffee and bagel, and a couple afternoons of light reading, you can learn my method of escaping this despicable disease.

I can’t believe the prices that people charge for advice on this subject; I can’t believe the prices for physical therapy, psychology and various retreats. I understand the desperation and misery this disease causes therefore creating a highly skewed and inelastic demand curve. Essentially, even doctors and healers are taking advantage of people with this disease. When I had the idea for this book I wanted to make it affordable, helpful and informative, and I have done just that; it is my hope that you agree.

I have been diagnosed with a lot of horrible things in my life related to pelvic pain. At one time or another I received the following diagnoses: bladder pain syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome, interstitial cystitis, pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain syndrome, and my all-time favorite, prostatitis. These are essentially all manifestations of the same disease: anxiety, which creates psychosomatic illnesses and complaints.

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars searching for a cure for these issues over the course of seven years. A vast majority of that being thrown in at the beginning, when I was absolutely desperate and hopeless, nearing the point of suicide. I enlisted physical therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, general practitioners, acupuncturists, massage therapists, urologists, neurologists, hypnotists, and holistic healers. All were of temporary help at best which I attribute to nothing more than the placebo effect. No matter what path I went down, I would get stressed out at work, or with an interpersonal conflict and the tension and pain would run rampant, causing me to spiral
